March 27 a few of our students had the opportunity to compete at the first annual Eastern Arizona College STEM Day in Thatcher. The day brought schools from all across eastern Arizona to compete in Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, and Engineering. The students were tested on their knowledge and ability to perform tasks centered on skills needed in a laboratory setting. Our students did an excellent job representing our school with Adyson Fry, Nathan Merrell, Addison Merrill, and Braydon Posey taking 3rd place in the Earth and Space category. Shout out to these students for their hard work and dedication in preparing for this event!
