Our Business Department assists with and manages matters that relate to budgeting, accounting and fiscal reporting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, insurance and risk management, and student activity and auxiliary bookkeeping. It is our goal to create efficient and accurate financial services for our district administrators, governing board, vendors, and the community.
We submit all financial budgets and reports to the Arizona Department of Education. We invite you to review our reports on the website by selecting "St David Unified District" from the drop-down menu. Please visit Arizona Department of Education - School Finance to view our annual financial report.

At St. David Unified School District we value our vendor relationships and will make every effort to help vendors obtain the information they need to respond to our open bids. We'll post our current open bids (Request for Proposals) on this page as they become available. We also encourage those interested in being placed on our vendor list to complete our vendor registration form and return it to the Business Department.
