Dear St. David Parents and Guardians,
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the vital roles of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer for our school’s PTO. These positions are crucial in fostering a strong partnership between our school and community.
PTO President: The President is the leader of the PTO, responsible for setting the overall vision and direction of the organization. Duties include presiding over meetings, appointing committees, representing the PTO in the community, and collaborating with school administration.
PTO Vice President: The Vice President assists the President in daily operations and assumes presidential duties in their absence. They also take on specific projects or responsibilities as assigned.
PTO Secretary: The Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records of PTO meetings, including minutes and correspondence. They also handle membership records and communications.
PTO Treasurer: The Treasurer manages the PTO’s financial affairs, including budgeting, collecting dues, paying bills, and preparing financial reports. They ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Serving in the PTO is a rewarding experience that allows you to make a positive impact on our school community. We encourage individuals with a passion for education and a commitment to our students to consider these leadership roles.
