Immunizations required for children seven years and older are listed below:

An interval of 4-8 weeks is required between the first three doses of DTaP/DTP/DT. An interval of six month is required between the 3rd and 4th doses.

MMR #1 is due at 12-15 months of age. Doses given before the first birthday are invalid and do not count. Invalid doses must be repeated to meet the kindergarten requirement of two valid doses. MMR #2 may be given one month after MMR #1.
